The West Coast giants Brikama Cricket Club (BCC) issued a strong statement against a helpless Saints Cricket Club while the new comers Indiana Team proved too good for an inexperienced Bombada side in the Gambia Cricket Association domestic cricket T10 week 3 matches played at the McCarthy square cricket oval.
In the first match Brikama Cricket Club took the advantage to against saints cricket club. The Banjul base club won the toss and elected to bat and set a target of 66 runs in 10 overs four wickets down.
In the second inning the “Sateyba” boys batted 70 runs in 5.5 overs a wicket down.
Brikama cricket club won by 9 wickets to give the west coast club the win over the Banjul club.
In the other fixture the new comers Indiana Team prove too strong for Bombada as they shown no mercy for them as they delt with Bombada.
The Indiana Team won the toss and elected to bat in the first inning and batted 100 runs in 10 overs 5 wickets down setting a target of 101 for a helpless Bombada to chase. In the second inning in 10 overs they could only pull 30 runs 6 wickets down.
The Indian Team won by 70 runs.
Matches would continue at the McCarthy square Oval in the coming weekends.
