Marong close to Nyiregyhaza Spartacus Switch

Gambian teenager Modou Lamin Marong is close to joining Hungarian second tier outfit Nyiregyhaza Spartacus FC on a permanent deal from GFF first-division league side Steve Biko.

After a series of trials of Europe and movements from one club to another, the forward is now set to pen a permanent contract with the Hungarian outfit.

Steve Biko’s forward enjoyed a decent FIFA U20 World Cup campaign with the Gambia U20 team before his trial with the Dun. Streda U19s last year.

The youngster who has a market value of €75, 000 is poised to bring in his goal scoring prowess to Nyiregyhaza Spartacus FC as they will be relying on him for the goals.
