Bombada Top Tier Six Year Wait Ends

Brikama based club Bombada FC have secured a place in the GFF first division league after defeating neighbors Jam City 3-1 on post-match penalty shootouts on Thursday at the Late Ousman Saho Football Field.

Jam City’s Ismaila Camara scored on the 14th minute to give Jam City the lead before Lamin Colley equalized for Bombada 13 minutes later to force the 12 yards to separate the two in the play-off.

Bombada end a six year wait to return to top tier football after gaining it from the playoff while Jam City’s wait continues.
