Raptim FC have secured a place in the Gambia Football Federation female division one league after a 4-2 win against Prison FC at the Late Ousman Saho Field in Yundum.

Prisons hopes of making it to the country’s GFF female top tier league faded when they were 4-2 down before the break.
Raptim were already written in the history books by many after the halftime scoreline and their books were unchanged after the final whistle.
This promotion becomes the first in the history of the club since it’s founding. Raptim would be playing in the GFF top tier for the first time when the new season kickoff.
Prison FC would hope to replicate this season’s performance in other to play in the top flight league.
